Document Processing
The content management system offers the capability to scan and import documents from multiple distributed locations. This allows for easy and centralized document ingestion from various branches or offices. Once imported, the documents are sent through a defined workflow within the central system, ensuring smooth and organized processing.
Workflow Steps
The workflow includes both automatic processing steps and manual steps. Automatic steps encompass tasks such as Optical Character Recognition (OCR), classification, and extraction of relevant data. Manual steps involve document review and approval, providing human oversight when necessary.
Document Storage and Search
The system stores documents with associated indexes and full-text content, enabling efficient search capabilities. Users can perform full-text searches or advanced searches to quickly retrieve specific documents based on their content or associated metadata.
